Obituary
William Ewald Nielsen, age 87, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at The Kathy Hospice in West Bend. He was born on October 9, 1937 in Racine, WI to Ewald and Dagny (nee Nelson) Nielsen. "Gator Bill" loved his time in Florida. He enjoyed kayaking and bicycling and was a sky dive pilot. He was a man that was hard to keep still.
Bill is survived by his children, Lisa (Bob) McInnes, Dane (Suzanne) Nielsen and Steve (Susan) Nielsen; grandchildren, Samantha Forbush, Alexandrea Manker, Nicholas Nielsen, Robert and Calen McInnes; sisters, Dolores Harder and Judith Kesley. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Mary (nee Lawrence) Nielsen and brother John Nielsen.
A celebration of Bill's life will be on a later date.
