Wayne E. Strauss, age 61, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 in his home. He was born on May 1, 1955 in Illinois to Ernest and Berniece (nee Splies) Strauss. Wayne enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and being on his boat. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife Lori; son Matthew (Robin); step-children Kate (Ward) McCaul, Abby (Paul) Watzlawick, Luke (Hailli) Johnson; grandchildren Russell, Logan, Jett, Coralie and Leona; sister Patricia (Roger) Nowacki; nieces Diane (Patrick) Meyers, Tricia Nowacki. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. Wayne is preceded in death by his daughter Amy, parents and mother-in-law Marcy Graff.

A Private Memorial will be held per Wayne's wishes.
