WALTER A. HUEBNER
February 26, 1930 - April 24, 2017
Walter Huebner, age 87 of Cedarburg, passed away peacefully at Aurora Hospital in Grafton. An Ozaukee County resident for his entire life, he served in the U.S. Army in Korea, worked in construction as a laborer for about 40 years and was a member of the American Legion Peter Wollner Post 288, in Cedarburg.
On October 20, 1956, he married the love of his life, Mary Ann Price of Port Washington. Mary preceded him in death in 2013 after 57 years of marriage.
Walter is survived by 5 children, Donald Huebner of Saukville, Robert (Christine) Huebner of Cedarburg, Laura (Donald) Pintor of Rock, MI, William (Debbie) Huebner of Gulliver, MI and Michael (Sheri) Huebner of Cedarburg. He is further survived by his grandchildren Angela (Brian) Hollnagel of Saukville, Tiffany (Norman) Muller of Mayville, Aaron Pintor of Rock, Mi, Mary Ann (Marcus) Melendez of Marquette, MI, Andrew (Marissa) Huebner of Germantown, Wi, Melissa (Dave) Feldman of Sturgeon Bay, WI, Eric (Kathleen) Jordan of Grafton, WI, Thomas Huebner of Cedarburg, WI and 6 great-grandchildren Ava, Carson, Madison, Alexa, Kert and Olivia, siblings Bertha Surges of Fredonia, Helen (Lloyd) Issacson of Tomahawk, and Marilyn Zulka of Cedarburg, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his brothers Herbert, Herman, William & Wilbur and sister Elizabeth Huebner.
Per Walter's request, there will be no funeral services. Cremation services for Walter, handled by Phillip Funeral Home in West Bend (1420 Paradise Drive). He will be laid to rest at Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg beside his wife Mary.
