Virginia Rose Geib (nee Fay), age 99, of Newburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 31, 2026. She was born on April 14, 1927, on the family farm in the Town of Saukville to Edward and Alma (nee Bohlen) Fay. Virginia was raised on the Family farm and attended Port Washington High School. She was united in marriage to Anthony A. Geib on November 24, 1945, at St. Rose of Lima in Fredonia.

Virginia liked to travel with Anthony in their motorhome throughout the United States. She enjoyed going to casinos in Wisconsin and Michigan. Virginia loved the company of family and friends.

Virgina is survived by her children, James Geib, Thomas (Lynne) Geib, and Marge Geib; grandchildren Lynn Geib, Amy (Russ) Wornocki, Paul Geib, Andrew Geib, Bonnie Aman, Nancy (Brian) Jordan and Steven (Kimberly) Gonnering; great-grandchildren, Courtney, Clayton, Calvin, Zachary, Hunter, Jacob, Annabelle, Anthony, Adam, Blake and Carter; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony; parents; daughter, Laverne; great-grandson Justin; sister, Laverne; brother, Vernon (Marie) Fay; siblings-in-law, Amanda (Tony) Hoffer, Lester (stella) Geib, Marcella (Joe) Rychtik, William (Florence) Geib, Margaret (Ruben) Fahney, Leroy (Diane) Geib and Robert Geib.

A Memorial Service will be on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 1:00pm at the Phillip Funeral Home (1420 W Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) with Deacon Mike Koebel presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, August 14th from 12:00pm until 12:45pm. Interment will immediately follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Newburg.
