Tracy Novak, age 55, entered into God's kingdom on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on April 12, 1969, she went to West Bend East High School, college at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and earned a master's degree from the John's Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She spent many years working in Baltimore and Columbia, Maryland, on her passion to improve the health of and expand health care programs to community members. She and her dog Maya moved back to West Bend in August 2023 and enjoyed those special months surrounded by her mom, other family members and many new friends.
Tracy was predeceased by her father Robert "Pope" Sauer. She is survived by her loving family, including her mom Barbara Sauer, her brother Mike Sauer (Jalane, Collin, Jaden, and Parker), and her sister Jill Pintens (Craig, Kaitlin, Jack, Tate and Avery). Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her, and her strength will inspire others.
A Celebration of Tracy's life will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Cedar Springs Church (3128 Slinger Road, Slinger, WI 53086) with visiting from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cedar Springs Ranch (CSRanch.org) in Tracy's honor.
May Tracy rest in eternal peace, free from pain, and may she be remembered for the love and light she brought into the lives of others.
