Timothy L. "Whitey" Griswold, 63, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 15th, 2019, after a courageous battle following multiple injuries and complications from a hunting accident on opening day in November 2018.

Tim was born on October 18th, 1955, in Milwaukee, WI. On September 8th, 1984, he was married to his best friend and fishing partner in life, Renee Spaulding Griswold. They grew together in marriage through all of life's trials for 34 years. They were blessed with 3 beautiful children Jessica, Jenny & Clint, whom he adored with every breath.

He was an award winning and record setting hunter and fisherman who shared his Love for all sports with everyone he knew. His faith led him to the deep woods and open waters of Northern Wisconsin, where he felt closest to God. He "wore his heart on his sleeve" and treated everyone with respect and Love.

He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife Renee, and his Loving daughters Jessica Griswold Radtke (Ryan) and Jenny Griswold. In 2011 he lost his son and forever hunting buddy, Clint Griswold, whom he is now giving the strongest and most passionate bearhug ever.

Now reunited with his Loved ones who have gone before him, Whitey is survived by countless friends and family members who will remember him always.

A Funeral Service for Tim will be held on Friday February 22nd at the Phillip Funeral Home (1420 W Paradise Dr West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 4pm until time of service at 7pm. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon on Saturday, February 23rd at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
