Teri Lynn Cook (nee Gruenewald), 56, died Thursday, February 6th. Born February 18, 1957. Survived by son, Camron Cook; parents, Roy (Elfriede); brother, Mark (Audra); sister, Darcy (Glenn) Mueller; grandmother, Gertrude Bauer; nieces, Dawn (Bryan) Grohskopf, Tamara Mueller, Davine and Danielle Gruenewald. Preceded in death by grandparents, Roy (Kitty) Gruenewald; Benjamin Bauer; and infant sister, Susan Debra Gruenewald. Visitation, Monday, February 10th 11AM-12PM the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI 53095) with the Funeral Service to follow at noon.
