Sylvia S. Ksioszk (nee Burclaw), age 87, of the Village of Germantown, passed away at her residence on Saturday, July 25, 2015. She was born on August 11, 1927 in Rosholt, WI to Joseph and Laura (nee Landowski) Burclaw. She was raised on a farm in Rosholt and later married Leo F. Ksioszk on October 30, 1948 at St. Albert's Church. After marriage they lived in Milwaukee and then moved to Germantown. Sylvia was a factory worker for Briggs and Stratton of Milwaukee. She loved gardening, canning and made awesome applesauce.

Sylvia is survived by her 2 sons James (Joyce) of Filmore, WI and Bob (Tami) of West Bend, WI; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters and 1 brother. She is further survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 sister and 3 brothers.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend) on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 7:00pm. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00pm until the time of the service.
