Obituary
Steven "Steve" T. O'Patka, age 54, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, April 11, 2017 in his home in Jackson. He was born on March 4, 1963 in Ohio to John and Pauline (nee Lochner) O'Patka. Steve loved to spend time with his grandchildren and enjoyed traveling.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; step-sons Scott (Stephanie) Dybul and Troy (Laurie) Dybul; grandchildren Kingston and Isla; cousin Pat Sifferman. Steve is further survived by other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother Pauline and step-son Keith Dybul.
A Memorial Service will be at 7:00PM on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be from 5:00PM until the time of the service (7:00PM).
