It is with a heavy and broken heart, Shawn Willett, 24 years young, has left our world for a better place with God on May 25, 2015.

He is survived by his mother Catherine (nee Salyer) Willett; father Bradford Willett; brother Scott Willett; Grandparents, Joe and Barb Willett, Step-Grandmother, Carole Stuhmer, Uncles and Aunts: Joan and Jon Fricker, Rick (Jodi) Salyer, Jeff (Patty) Gerrietts, cousins: Ryan and Jacob Salyer and other relatives and many dear friends.

Shawn is preceded in death by his brother Tyler; sister Theresa and Grandmother Sandra Willett, Grandparents, Walt (Eva) Salyer; Great Grandparents, Wishard and Ruby (Hall) Salyer

The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 4:00PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). The visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30th from 12:00PM until the time of service at 4:00PM. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the Shawn M. Willett Fund at Landmark Credit Union.
