Scott J. Scheid, 63 of West Bend, WI, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, at home surrounded by his family.

Scott was born on August 15, 1963 in West Bend, WI. He attended West Bend High School, after which he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Following his service, Scott became a Master Electrician, first working with his Father for several years before building a highly respected business grounded in honesty, hard work, and integrity. His company grew entirely through word of mouth reflecting the trust he earned and the excellence he brought to his trade. Known for being honorable, transparent and dependable, he never cut corners and always stood by his word. Widely respected across diverse communities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, his reputation spoke to both the skill and the genuine way he treated others. He took pride in passing down his trade to his Son, ensuring legacy continues.

Scott loved snowmobiling, motorcycling, boating, traveling and live music. Above all, he loved his family more than anything. He was the kindest, most caring and loving Husband, Father and Grandfather anyone could hope to have. He truly lived his life to the fullest.

Scott was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Donald and Nancy (Neumann) Scheid.

His is survived by his wife, Anne Scheid; his children Kristina Swiantek, Gabrielle (Tristan) Shier, Samuel (Noel) Scheid, Sean Bark; and his beloved Grandchildren Ethan and Oliver Swiantek, Liliana Scheid, Soldia Pena, Lucille and Theodore Thomas, and Griffin Scheid.

He is also survived by his sisters, Sheryl (Jon) Ward, Michelle (Bob) Schreier, and his brother, Steven (Olga) Scheid, along with many nieces, nephews and friends who will deeply miss him.

Scott will be remembered for his big heart, adventurous spirit, and the deep love he had for his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 17, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. Visitation will be from 1:00 -2:45 P.M. at Philip Funeral Home, 1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI 53095.
