Scott A. Meyer, age 49, of West Bend, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at The Kathy Hospice surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 20, 1965, in Milwaukee to Andrew C. and Esther E. (nee Huebner) Meyer. Scott was raised in Milwaukee and Colgate and attended Hartford Union High School. He met Theresa M. Moritz at a Brewer game, and they married on July 11, 1992, at St. Mary's Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Barton. Scott was employed as an independent courier and travelled throughout the United States and Canada.

Scott is survived by his wife of almost 23 years, Theresa; son Jacob; parents Andrew and Esther Meyer; mother-in-law Barbara Moritz; brother Andy (Melody) Meyer; siblings-in-law Sue (Pat) Wendt, Peter Moritz, Agnes (Eric) Dietenberger and Laura Moritz; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his father-in-law Lloyd Moritz.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr.), West Bend on Monday, January 19, 2015, at 4PM. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home from 2PM until the time of the service.
