Sandy Lee Berben (nee Barske) of Jackson, WI. Passed away peacefully on August 30, 2016, age 60. She was born to Kenneth and Virginia (nee Pawlowski) on December 5, 1955. She married Mark Berben on January 17, 1975 and together they had three children.

Sandy's grandchildren Kylie and Kane said "It's Grandmas time to shine." She will be deeply missed by her ungrateful children;-)

Sandy is survived by her children, Kevin, Keith (Kristina) and Kimberly; grandchildren; Kylie and Kane; other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Mark.

A Funeral Service will be held at David's Star Ev. Lutheran Church (2750 David's Star Dr., Jackson, WI) at 3:00PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 with Pastor Woldt and Pastor Loescher presiding. Interment following at David's Star Cemetery. Visitation will be at The Phillip Funeral Home chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI) on Monday, September 5, 2016 from 5:00-7:00PM
