Sandra "Sandy" Ann Atlee, age 67, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday December 19, 2021. She was born on March 14, 1954, in Milwaukee to Hensel and Frances (nee Allard) Eide and attended Madison High School. On June 8, 2000, Sandy married Richard "Rick" Atlee at Faith Creation Christian Fellowship Church.

Sandy's passions were centered on her faith in Jesus, praising Him through worship music, her family (especially her grandchildren), church family and many friends. She greatly enjoyed gathering together to connect and catch up on everyone's life's current events, reminisce and laugh about days gone by and play card/board games all the while. If not gathered at the table around a home cooked meal then the Mexican restaurant, Botana's with a piping hot plate of their cheese and onion enchiladas was the next best thing. Sandy loved to serve others all throughout her life in various ways especially by cooking and baking. Countless people have consumed her chocolate chip cookies, strawberry fluff, broccoli cheese soup and yummy potatoes. She loved the smell and beauty of lilacs and red roses especially, but appreciated all flowers along with gardening. Rick and Sandy had wonderful adventures of many road trips that Sandy liked to tell about afterward. Sandy loved God and loved others with all her heart and to the best of the ability and understanding up til the moment of her passing.

Sandy is survived by her husband Rick, son John, granddaughter Deserae, great-granddaughter Nova, son Joseph (Laura), grandsons Chase, Ethan and Michael, daughter Kimberely (Sam), granddaughters Mikaela and Mariah and grandson Josiah, son Daniel, son Caleb (Natalie) granddaughter Mila, grandson Michael, brothers Bruce (Marsha) and Tom (Lisa) Eide, sister-in-law Linda (Gerald) Kirkeeng, and an extensive extended family, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Hensel and Frances, brother Gary, sister Pauline, and daughter Teresa.

A Memorial Service for Sandy will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday January 6th, 2022 at Faith Journey Church (N120 W21580 Freistadt Rd Germantown 53022) with Pastor John Garcia presiding. Visitation will be at the church from 4:00pm until the time of service. The family requests those attending wear something red as it was her favorite color.

The family would like to thank all the healthcare professionals who cared for her over the years and in her last moments, and many people who have loved, cared, served and honored her throughout her life.

Memorials to Rick Atlee are appreciated to go toward funeral expenses.
