Samantha A. Markus "Sam", age 26, of Menasha, passed away peacefully with her loving family surrounding her on Friday, March 6, 2015. She was born on February 21, 1989 in West Bend to Steven and Shelly (nee Lloyd) Markus.

Sam was a loving mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. She had an infectious smile and laugh and had never ending energy for life which she always lived to the fullest. Sam was very caring and a free spirit with a heart of gold. Her passion and spirit will be deeply missed.

Sam is survived by her children Olivia and Sofia; parents Steve and Shelly Markus of West Bend; sisters Salena and Mackenzie of West Bend; grandparents Tom (Janis) Lloyd of Kewaskum, Ron (Erma) Markus of Kewaskum; loving companion Orlando Hernandez of Menasha; Further survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and dear friends. Sam is preceded in death by her great grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be held at Phillip Funeral Home (1420 West Paradise Drive West Bend, WI 53095) on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 3:00 PM with Deacon Ron Schneider officiating. Visitation will be held at the Phillip Funeral Home from 1:00 until the time of the service
