Ronald Sager "Ron", age 70, went to be with his Lord on Monday, August 4, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 21, 1943, in Milwaukee to Reinhold and Helen (nee Turinske) Sager. Ron was raised in Germantown and graduated from Germantown High School in 1963. He served his country in the Army during the Vietnam Era in Germany. Ron met Sharon Boeker in high school, and they married on July 13, 1968 at David's Star in Kirchhayn. He was employed as cabinet maker at Lange Bros. until he retired in 2001. Ron's last big project was the State Capitol building where he ran the trim and molding that he duplicated from the original.

Ron enjoyed ice fishing and hunting deer and turkey with family and friends. He loved baking and sharing the fruits of his labors with family, friends and neighbors. Ron was affectionately known as Ernie Keebler. He also made jams and jellies with the berries and grapes that he picked. One of Ron's pleasures was working in his garden. He enjoyed spending time at the cottage up north in Mountain. Ron loved spending time with his son, Corey, and together they were a great team.

Ron is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sharon; son Corey; siblings Barbara Cullen and Howard (Carole) Sager; siblings-in-law Caroline Peterson, Michael (Sandy) Boeker, John Boeker and Robert (Alice) Boeker; mother-in-law Lillian "Lil" Boeker; nieces; nephews; other relatives and dear friends. Preceded in death by his parents, brother Ralph Peterson, brother-in-law Harvey Cullen and father-in-law John Boeker.

A Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church (799 St. Paul Dr.), Slinger on Friday, August 8, 2014, at 6:00pm. Visitation will be held at the church from 3:00pm until the time of the service. Inurnment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend. Memorials to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church appreciated.
