Robert A. "Bobby T" Tkachuk, 55, of West Bend passed away on November 26, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born November 26, 1958 in West Allis, the son of Richard and Ruth (Schneider) Tkachuk. Bob graduated in 1976 from West Allis Central High School. He went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. On July 5, 1986, Bob married the love of his life, Jennifer Krueger, in Plymouth, WI and they have two beautiful children—Tyler and Tania. He had a successful, 30-year career at Serigraph in West Bend and was an active member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and the West Bend community.

Bob loved life and was always positive. Even in his most difficult moments, Bob inspired everyone he met. The importance of faith, friends and family were constantly at the heart of Bob's messages. Bob was a great role model, putting action behind his words. His wife, Jennifer and their children always came first. In addition to Bob's strong character and optimistic outlook on life, he will forever be remembered for his terrific sense of humor and storytelling.

A big sports fan, Bob enjoyed watching high school and college sports. Very giving of his time and talent, Bob was active in coaching soccer, basketball, and baseball. He refereed and volunteered his time for the West Bend Boys and Girls Club. Bob's passion for teaching both sports, as well as sportsmanship, touched countless numbers of kids over the years. In all that Bob said and did, he was sure to emphasize the importance of strong values, ethics and to have fun. It was not enough to simply be a good athlete, character and good citizenship were essential in his view.

Bob is survived by his wife Jennifer, children Tyler and Tania, brothers Brian (Rita) and Steve (Lisa) Tkachuk and sister Annette (Curt) Worden. He is further survived by in-laws Kermit and Winona Krueger, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws: Ellen Specht, Chris (Mary) Krueger, Jeff (Linda) Krueger, Roseanne Krueger, and Mark (Val) Krueger, many nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews. He will be missed by all.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 29, 2013 at 7:00 PM at Our Savior's Lutheran Church (1044 S Silverbrook Drive, West Bend) with Pastor Darin Wiebe presiding. The visitation will be held at church on Friday, November 29th from 5:00 PM until 6:45 PM. Private interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family or Our Savior's Lutheran Church.

A special thank you to Dr. Marjorie Vukelich and her amazing staff during his battle with cancer, and the phenomenal care Bob received through Cedar Community Hospice. Also, thank you to all the people Jennifer and Bob have been blessed to know that sent gifts, cards, e-mails, and provided meals for the family. All of your kindness was greatly appreciated more than they can express.
