Robert N. Lucas Jr., age 75 years, passed away Monday June 4, 2018 at the Kathy Hospice. He was born on December 2, 1942 in Manitowoc to Robert N. and Georgein Lucas. He graduated from Slinger High School in 1961, and then served in the US Air Force from 1961-1969. Bob married Kay Copeland in Minneapolis, MN, and began their family. He retired from Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company as a computer Professional. He loved spending time in Door County, watching the Packers, loved music especially Buddy Holly, his hobby was para cording, but he especially enjoyed spending time with his family, children and absolutely adored his grandchildren and the fun adventures that Bob and Kay took with our two oldest grandchildren, Kody and Ethan.

Bob is survived by his wife Kay, his children Jamie and Heidi Lucas, Heather (George Ballbach) Lucas and Jeffrey (Sara) Lucas, his brothers Terry (Rosanne) Cowan, Keith (Eve) Cowan and Jeff Cowan, grandchildren; Kody, Ethan, Blake, Gianna, Jace and Sam, his brother-in-law Don Price, sisters-in-law Mary (Don) Super and Kelly (Jon) Lewis, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Barbara Spielvogel, brother Greg, brother-in-law Bob Copeland and sister-in-law Janet Price.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00pm Sunday June 10th at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr.). Place of rest will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday June 10th from 1:00pm until time of service (3:00 pm).
