Robert "Butch" E. Krueger, age 74, found peace on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at home. He was born September, 16, 1940 in West Bend to Laborie and Gladys (nee Koenings) Krueger. Butch was raised in Barton and graduated from West Bend High School. Butch and his wife Joyce met as teenagers and they married on September 16, 1961. Butch lived and farmed in the town of Fredonia.
Butch enjoyed working with horses, he traveled to many rodeos, and always loved working with animals. He enjoyed deer hunting and watching sports. He was a lifetime member Wasaukee Horseman and was a former member of the International Rodeo Association.
Butch is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joyce (nee Fahney) Krueger; son Jim (Julie) Krueger and their children Josh (Dana) and Justin (Becky) Krueger, son Mike (Patti) Krueger, and son Ken (Tracy) Krueger; great-grandchildren Owen, Amberlee, Kaden, Harper, and Sawyer; siblings Phyllis Wilson, Paul Krueger, and Carol Wentz; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by brother Alan Krueger.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (521 Congress St. Newburg, WI 53090) at 12:15PM. Visitation will be held on Friday at the Church from 11:00AM until the time of the service.
