Obituary

Raymond C. Indermuehle "Ray", age 80, passed away peacefully after his courageous fight with Pulmonary Fibrosis on Wednesday, May 6th, at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born on December 23, 1934 in Hartford to John and Eleanor (nee Zehren) Indermuehle. Ray was raised in Jackson, WI and graduated from West Bend High School. He met the love of his life Darlene and they married on November 24th, 1973 in Milwaukee, WI.

Ray was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Ray attended Marquette University and graduated with a degree in Business. He later went on to Harvard University where he obtained his MBA. He began his career at the West Bend Company in the factory, and with his strong work ethic and dedication, he went on to end his 40 year career as President of Premier Cookware, Stainless Steel Division. Ray had many titles which included strong business man, skilled pilot, avid golfer, boater extraordinaire and lover of the peace found deep in the heart of nature at his cabin up north. He could often be found riding his tractor and cutting the trails, while admiring the thousands of trees he and his family planted. Ray was also a talented artist and enjoyed painting and woodworking. Nothing brought greater joy to Ray then spending time with his family and many wonderful friends.

Ray is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Darlene; children Amy (Jeff) Kondrakiewicz of Slinger, Andy of West Bend, Heidi (Craig) McFadden of Plymouth, Lori (Scott) Yahr of West Bend, Todd (Linda) of Trinity, FL, Scot (Maaria) of Concord, MA, Steve (Stella) of West Bend; grandchildren Christian, Gracie and Aiden Kondrakiewicz, Kali (Jon Palmer) Faber, Kyle (Missy) Faber, Mitchell McFadden, Melissa, Katie and William Yahr, Jordan, Adam, Wyatt, Wilson, Kristin (Clint) Holbrook; great-grandchildren Madeline and Isabelle Holbrook; sisters Phyllis (Rollie) Bestor of Orem, UT and Maryann Rose of Jackson; sister-in-law Muriel of Fort Collins, CO; mother-in-law Grace Goff of West Bend and faithful companion Lilly. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Ray is preceded in death by his parents; his son Ted; brother John; brother–in– law Harvey Rose and father-in-law Vester Goff.

A Celebration of Ray's wonderful life will be held at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 West Paradise Drive) on Monday, May 11th, at 6:30 PM with Rev. Dr. Matt Hadley presiding.
