Ralph A. Winebrenner, age 73, joined his beloved wife, Mavis, Tuesday, August 12, 2014 surrounded by his family. Ralph was born July 14, 1941 to Ralph and Eva (nee Swenson) Winebrenner in Des Moines, IA. He attended Des Moines Techinical High School and received his GED from the US Marine Corp. He later went on to marry Mavis (nee Rose) Winebrenner on May 27, 1967. Ralph was employed at the Lakeside Bridge and Steel, Simon Aerial, Terex and Helgesen. He was a Lance Corporal in the US Marine Corps from 1958-1964. He was a member of the American Legion Post 19, Courtney-Carr-Milner of Hartford. He also was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hartford. In his retired years he enjoyed woodworking and golfing.
Ralph is survived by his two sons John (Mary) De Luca and Andy Winebrenner; daughter Judy Gambino; he is further survived by grandchildren Tina (John) Munch, Chuckie Gambino, Keri (Adam) Clavette, Danny De Luca, Christy (Mike) Gest and Rhodes Winebrenner; great-grand-children Zach and Joe Munch, Gwyneth and Charlie Gambino III, Troy and Sara Clavette, Brady and Kensington Gest; Sister Karla (Tom) Walters; brothers Keith and Billy Winebrenner and many loving in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ralph is preceded in death by his parents; Step-mom Betty Winebrenner; his wife Mavis; sister Karen (Al) Zalewski; brothers Gary and Clifford and a son-in-law Chuck Gambino; sister-in-law Donna (Ed) Peppler; brothers-in-law Bill (Donna) Rose and Jim Rose.
A Funeral Service for Ralph will be Friday, August 15, 2014 at 1:30 PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr, West Bend) with Deacon Ron Schneider presiding. Visitation for Ralph will be Friday, August 15, 2014 from 10:30 AM until the time of service at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow at Washington County Memorial Park with Military Honors. Memorial appreciated to the Family.
