Phillip Lawrence Opalewski, age 88, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at his home in Theresa. He was born on December 16, 1937. Phillip enjoyed fishing, golfing, and snowmobiling, Phillip is survived by his children, Wendy (Ken Gonzalez), Christine Rucinski, Howard Opalewski, and Phillip Opalewski, Jr. 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Mike Opalewski and Kenneth Marquardt; Phillip is preceded in death by his wife, Dianne Opalewski (nee Davis); his parents; Gene and Frances Marquardt. Services will be held at a later date.
