Obituary
Philip Edward Bohn, age 72, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at the Kathy Hospice in West Bend. He was born on October 19, 1952 to Philip and Marian (nee Kocher) Bohn. Philip was born and raised in West Bend, graduating from West Bend East High School in 1971. Philip enjoyed coin collecting, gardening and watching Nascar and drag racing.
Philip is survived by his daughter, Adrianne (Joseph) Lennartz; grandchildren, Aubree and Ashlyn; nephew, Matthew (Christine Bohn); and niece, Lisa (Dan) Oppeneer. He is further survived by other loving relatives and long-time friends.
Philip is preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers, Charlie, Michael and Patrick.
A Memorial Service will be at 11:30am on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) with Pastor John Bass presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 25 th from 10:00am until 11:15am. Private family interment will follow the service.
