Peter Lindley age 25, passed away unexpectedly on December 17, 2013. He was born in West Bend, Wi on January 29, 1988 to Steven and Sheryl (nee Zimdars) Lindley. Peter attended McLane Elementary School, Badger Middle School and was a member of West Bend West class of 2006. He was also a member of the 2005 Badger Boys State. After graduation, he attended Marquette University graduating in December 2010 with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He passed his CPA exam in April 2013. Peter was employed at Northwestern Mutual Life as a Mutual Fund Accounting Specialist. He previously worked at US Bank and interned at Johnson Controls while in college. While growing up in West Bend, Peter participated in Cub Scouts, youth soccer, little league baseball and his favorite sport, football. He played in the WBYFL, West Bend West football teams and the Marquette Club Football team. He was a member of Neutral Ground Gym and participated in Jiu Jitsu tournaments. Peter also enjoyed softball, golf, deer hunting, hanging with his friends and always had country music playing.
Peter is survived by his parents Steven and Sheryl Lindley, his brother Thomas (Audra Krenn), nephew Owen and his maternal Grandmother Lorraine Zimdars. He is predeceased by his paternal Grandparents Harold and Peggy Lindley and his maternal Grandfather Earl Zimdars and Uncle Steven Zimdars. He is further survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and other relatives and friends. He will be deeply missed by his beloved labs, Zoe and Gracie.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM (NOON) on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Dr. in West Bend with Rev. John Szyjewski officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 10:00 AM until time of service 12:00 PM (NOON). Interment will follow at Washington County Memorial Park.
