Obituary
Patrick Russell Manning, age 77, died at the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee on July 18, 2025. He was born on St Patrick's Day, March 17, 1948 in Antigo, Wisconsin to Roberta and William Manning. Patrick proudly served in the United States Army, Coast Guard and Navy and was a veteran of the Vietnam war. He enjoyed fishing with his brother-in-law and nephews in Northern Wisconsin, hanging out with his grandkids, SLOT Machines and Taco Pizza.
Pat is survived by the love of his life, Lisa Nealey, his children, Michelle (Brandt) Swardenski, Heather Gallino, Lindsay Gallino and Sheena (Jeff) Haverty, stepsons Dan (Kelly Scheibe) Nealey and Robert Nealey. Very proud and loving "Gramps" to Danielle (Juan) De Leon,
Brenda Lindstadt, Robbie (Carmen) Nealey and Arianna Nealey. Best dog dad to Bella, his constant companion.
Further survived by 1 sister and 2 brothers as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, sisters Linda, Karen and Dawn, brothers Billy and Terry and by Katrina Hulbert.
A very special THANK YOU to the 7 th floor Nursing Staff and the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee for the outstanding care they gave Pat over the past several months.
A Memorial Service will be at 4:00pm on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise DR. West Bend, WI 53095) with Military Honors to follow. The visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, July 26 th from 2:00pm until 3:45pm.
