Obituary

Nancy J. Bohrer (nee Lindstrum), Born January 7, 1929 in Menominee, Michigan, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Seasons Hospice in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Daughter of Agnes Lindstrum (nee DeBot) and Clarence Lindstrum.

Nancy grew up in Marinette, Wisconsin, and graduated from Marinette Catholic Central High School. She was a medical secretary until her marriage in 1951. Nancy and Bert raised six children, Jane (Rob) Kamps, Judy (Tim) Stellmacher, Julie Dial, William (Carrie) Bohrer, Robert (Stephanie) Bohrer, and Jennifer (Jay) Stellmacher. In addition to her children, Nancy is survived by grandchildren Chris Dial, Keith (Nicole) Kamps, Megan (Mike) Lazansky, Katie Kamps, Dana Dial, John (Laura) Stellmacher, Becky (Carl) Ackermann, Anna (Peter) Pruefer, Haley Stellmacher (husband Luke Beirl), Lindsey (Nick) Rysewyk, Eric Bohrer (Kassey Hoffmann), Beth Bohrer, Samantha Stellmacher, Heidi Bohrer, Spencer Stellmacher, and Molly Bohrer; 14 great-grandchildren, and her dear sister Mary L. Wilsens, sister-in-law Gloria Bohrer, nieces and nephews, and friends.

Preceded in death by husband, Herbert J. Bohrer, after nearly 60 years of marriage, granddaughter Bailey Bohrer, brothers-in-law Ralph Bohrer, Leonard Wilsens, Orval Hosch, and sister Elizabeth Hosch.

Nancy loved children, walks, birds, music, and any family gathering. She had a beautiful smile, tender heart, clever wit, and endless gratitude for all who assisted her in her life's journey. She was loved dearly and will be missed.

Her life will be celebrated with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Frances Cabrini Parish (1025 S 7th Ave, West Bend) on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM at with Fr. Enrique Hernandez presiding. The Visitation will be at church on Monday, November 2nd from 9:30 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association (620 S 76th St, Suite 160, Milwaukee, WI 53214) or American Parkinson Disease Association (2819 W Highland Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53208).
