Obituary

Milton E. Boldt entered eternal life on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the age of 91 years.

Milton was born on January 11, 1922 in the town of Lima in Sheboygan County to Frank and Mabel (nee Stemerdink) Boldt. Milton served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. He married Elizabeth "Betty" Mueller on October 20, 1945.

Milton graduated from University Wisconsin- Stout with an undergraduate degree and received his master's degree from Loyola University. After college, Milton taught machine shop at Milwaukee Area Technical College and later became an associate dean. After his retirement in 1984, Milton spent much of his time on his hobby farm in the town of Jackson.

Milton is survived by his wife of 67 years, Betty; children John, Richard (Sharon), and Margaret (Charles) Schowalter; grandchildren Norah (Lucas) Koskovich, AnnMarie (Joe) DiGangi, Charles Schowalter, Cheryl Boldt, and Jeni (Michael) Kiel; and great-grandchildren Hannah, Emma, and Leah Koskovich, and Mya, Will, and Tyler DiGangi. He is further survived by his sister Phyllis Hundley, sisters-in-law Lorraine (Glen) Boldt Lemmenes, and Helen "Carol" Boldt, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.

Milton is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Mabel; brothers Russell and Fred; brothers-in-law Earl Stoltenberg and Ray Koehn; sister-in-law Carol "Kelly" Stoltenberg Koehn; and nephews Ronald Pearce, David Pearce, and Carl Boldt.

A Funeral Service for Milton will be at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 2881 Division Rd. in Jackson with Pastor Paul Mittermaier presiding. Visitation will be at the church from 4:00 PM until 5:45 PM on Tuesday, October 8, 2013. Interment will take place at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at St. Peter's UCC Cemetery (Hwy 145 & Pioneer Rd.) in the town of Jackson.
