Obituary
Michael Lawrence Schuetz "Mike", age 76, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at the Arie of Waukesha. He was born on March 28, 1948 to Clement and Harriet (nee Schaff) Schuetz. Mike was an "antique-aholic" and historian, lover of the land and Mr. Farmer. This was his love before he met and married the true love of his life, Mary (nee Knetzger) Schuetz on July 7, 2001.
Mike will be deeply missed by his wife of 23 years, Mary; sisters-in-law, Mari Ellen Schuetz, Rachel (James) Kalkopf, Sandra (Gerald) Badt; and brother-in-law, Jerome (Linda) Mueller. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents; his brother Jim Schuetz; brother-in-law James Knetzger and sister-in-law Carolyn Mueller.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00am on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at St. Peter Catholic Church (200 E Washington St. Slinger, WI 53086) with Fr. Richard Stoffel Presiding. Visitation will be at church on Thursday, January 23rd from 9:00am until 10:45am. Interment will follow mass at the Old St Peter Cemetery behind the church.
