Mary J. Sullivan (nee Lamb), age 75, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 29, 2016. She was born on August 15, 1940 in Fond Du Lac, WI to Myron and Lilly (nee Balthazor) Lamb.

Mary is survived by her loving husband Frank; children Michael, Barry (Joyce), Daniel (Lisa); grandchildren Jamie (Andy) Rebholz, Amber Sisk, Miranda, Brooke, Hailey; great-grandson Aiden and her sister Myrna Reiland. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mary is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Ruth Birkhauser.

A Memorial Service will be on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 12:00PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend) with Father Richard Stoffel presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10:00AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to St. Peter's Catholic Church (208 E.
