Martha J. Hahn (nee Hamm), age 76, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Cedar Community Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on September 15, 1945 to Henry and Dorothy (nee Hahn) Hamm.

Martha is survived by her husband of 54 years, Erwin; daughter, Katherine and her brother-in-law, Richard (Linda) Hahn. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Martha is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Barbara (Robert) Weyres.

A Funeral Service will be at 10:00AM on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095). Visitation will be prior at the funeral home from 9:00AM until 9:45AM. Interment will follow her service at Washington County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association (620 S 76th St. Suite 160, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1599).
