Marie R. Becker (nee Krebs), age 87, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Virginia Highlands in Germantown. She was born on February 10, 1926 to the late Otto and Katherine (nee Redig) Krebs. She married Peter Rusniak on October 22, 1955 and he preceded her in death on May 29, 1978. She later married Sylvester Becker on March 31, 1979 and he preceded her in death on March 11, 1991.

She enjoyed fishing, boating, crocheting, giving Lighthouse Tours in Door County and spending time with family.

Marie is survived by brothers, Ralph (Joyce) Krebs, Roland (Barbara) Krebs, Leander (Jewel) Krebs; sister, Esther Wehner; sister-in-law, Rose Krebs; Sylvester's sister, Marie Beyers and Sylvester's children, Richard (Marilyn) Becker and Linda Becker. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by siblings, Anita (Alvin) Beder, Dorothy Unertl, Raymond Krebs; and brother-in-law, Gilbert Wehner.

The Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at St. Gabriel Catholic Church (1200 St. Gabriel Way, Hubertus, WI 53033). The Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be at church on Saturday, January 25th at noon with Fr. Thomas Kuttiyanickal presiding. Interment of cremains will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Gabriel Parish would be appreciated.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her niece, Agnes Wagner, for all her special attention and care for Marie.
