Margaret E. Bartz, age 91, passed away peacefully at The Kathy Hospice on January 1st, 2019. Margaret was born on November 11th, 1927 to Paul and Margaret Meixensperger of Fond du Lac. She was the youngest of eight children. She married Robert Bartz on May 22nd, 1948. She loved to play cards, golf, read, and spend time with her family and friends at Druid Lake.
She is survived by her children Barbara, Jim (Jenny) and Greg (Kathy); grandchildren Brian (Katie), Michael (Meg), Christopher and Lexi; great-grandchildren Brittyn, Charlie, Max and Lakyn; and her sister Mary Foster. She is further survived by friends and other relatives.
She is preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents, her son-in-law Dennis, and six siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 5th, at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (1025 S. 7th Ave, West Bend, WI 53095). A visitation will be held at the Church on Saturday January 5th from 11:00 until 12:45.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the ALS Association-Wisconsin Chapter ( 3333 North Mayfair Road Suite 104, Wauwatosa, WI 53222) and The Kathy Hospice (3232 Pleasant Valley Road, West Bend, WI 53095).
