Maddex Joseph “Maddie J” Hulse, aged 16, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday
March 31st, 2026. He was born on March 3rd 2010 to Amber J Hulse in Medford Oregon.
Maddex enjoyed spending all of his time riding his skateboard, talking to his friends and goofing
around with his family. A true light of brightness in anyone's day.
Maddex is survived by his mother, Amber; siblings Aedan 18, twin sister Mari 16, sister
Vivienne 10, brother Fox 9, and sister Charlotte 7; grandparent; great-grandparents and many
many friends including Everete, Carlos, Kevin, Hannah, Jasmine, Josie & Madi.
A celebration of his life was held on April 12th.
