Lynn Ellen McFarland (Nee: Lewer) ,76, died peacefully at her residence in West Bend, WI on Monday, October 26,2026. She was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, WI on April 1, 1950, to James and Shirley (Nee: Justman) Lewer.

Lynn was raised in Brookfield, WI and graduated from Brookfield Central High School in 1969. On August 9,1969 at St. John’s Church in Newburg, Lynn united in marriage to David James McFarland, who preceded her in death on December 2,2023.

Lynn retired from River Way (The Waterford,) where she was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, creating her diamond art, and watching Hallmark Movies. She loved to spend time up north with her husband and family, she also enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren and the casino trips she partook in with her sisters and family.

Lynn will be deeply missed by her children; Shawn (Jackie) McFarland, Bryan (Karri) McFarland, and Kelli (Jeremy) Genz. She will also be missed by her grandchildren; Jordyn (Jake) Bergdorf, Zakary Hope, Alyssa McFarland, Douglas McFarland, Shelby Daley, KAirlin McFarland, Alexis McFarland, Gracie Genz, Zachary Genz, Phoebe Genz, her great-grandchildren, Nicholas Bergdorf, Bentley Bergdorf, Jaxon Erstad, Isabelle Clune, as well as her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Lynn is preceded in death by her husband David, her parents James and Shirley Lewer, and her sisters-in-law Debra Guttman and Pam Czerwinski.

The family would like to send a special thanks to the Washington County Sherriff Department, the EMTs and Cory and Stacey Dekuyter.

Private celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorials to the Cancer Society have been suggested by family.
