Lucille M. Mastenbrook (nee Hillman), age 97, of West Bend, died on Friday, January 23, 2015, at The Kathy Hospice surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 12, 1917, in North Dakota to Alvin and Hazel (nee Long) Hillman. Lucille was raised in Perry, Iowa, by her mother and her step-father, Bob Dearey. She met Chester Mastenbrook in Milwaukee, and they married on November 21, 1936. Lucille was employed as a bookkeeper at Sears in Bayshore until she retired in 1983.

Lucille liked going to the shops at Bayshore every day and walking in the mall. She was very pleased to have all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Lucille is survived by her children Diane (Fred) Walker, Bonnie Ley and Ken (Judy) Mastenbrook; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, step-father, brother Ken (Kay) Hillman and her husband Chester.

Private services were held.

The family wishes to give thanks to The Lighthouse of West Bend and The Kathy Hospice for all their care.
