Lucille Brunner, age 83 of Fredonia died in the afternoon on Thursday, April 6th 2017 at her home, The Woodland View Assisted Living Facility of Fredonia.
She was born in Washington County on February 20th, 1934 to the late Joseph and Louise (nee Reitmeier) Goeppert. Lucille married Vincent "Shorty" Brunner on April 26th, 1952 and settled in Fredonia to raise their family. Thru the years, she worked several different jobs to help support her family. Lucille enjoyed rummage sales, gardening and sharing her produce with family, friends and her doctors.
Lucille is survived by her children Virginia (Mike) Lamb of New Castle, PA. Jerome "Mouse" (Nancy) of Random Lake, Ray (Cheri) of Porterfield and daughter-in-law Bev Brunner of Cedar Grove. She is further survived by her grandchildren Erica Neubauer, Ed Kreis Jr., Elizabeth Canada. Sheila (Andy) Heinen, Mike (Angie), Mike (Rachel) Bruni, Katie (Ryan) Tiefenthaler, Kyle (Tracy), Curtis (Tiffany), Cory, 12 great grandchildren, 2 great- great grandchildren, sister Mary Rady, brother Tom Goeppert, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, husband "Shorty", son James "Bruno", granddaughter Tina Marie, brothers Joe and Bob Goeppert and sister Marcella Hembel.
A Funeral Service will be at 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Vineyard Community Church (1597 Cty V, Grafton) with Pastor Pat Mulcahy presiding. Visitation will be at the church only on Thursday, April 20 from 3:00 pm until time of service (5:00 pm).
