Lucile B. Binder (nee Bonerz), 81, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend. She was born on February 14, 1932 to the late Christopher and Lucile (nee Miller) Bonerz. She graduated from Messmer High School Class of 1949 and then earned a degree from Mount Mary College in the dietary field. She married Roy Binder on June 9, 1951 at Holy Redeemer. Lucile was the manager at Top of the Marine Restaurant in Milwaukee. She enjoyed golfing, playing cards, fishing, and spending time with family.
She was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and past president of WI Dietetic Association.
Lucile is survived by her husband, Roy; children, Mary (Roger) Herrick, Richard, John (Deb); grandchildren, Amy, David, Katie, Marla, Karen, Kenneth, Kellie, Ryan, and Brittany; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Steppe; sister-in-law, Faye Binder. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, C. Robert, James; great-grandson, Jason; sister-in-law, Colleen Binder; brothers-in-law, Norman and Don Binder and Joe Steppe.
The Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 12:00 PM at St. Frances Cabrini (1025 S 7th St, West Bend, WI 53095) with Fr. Nathan Reesman presiding. The Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday, February 11th from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (16655 W Bluemound Rd, Suite 240, Brookfield, WI 53005).
