Lorraine G. Mlejnek (nee Severude) reunited with her husband, Otto, on Friday, October 4, 2013. This day was Otto's birthday and would have been their 66th wedding anniversary.

Lorraine was born on February 5, 1929 in the town of Barron, WI to Robert and Gina (nee Johnson) Severude. She married Otto Mlejnek on October 4, 1947.

Lorraine loved to dance. She and Otto were longtime members of the Polka Boosters of Hartford.

Lorraine is survived by her son Robert, Sr. (Gail); grandchildren Wanda (Dennis) Miller, Laurie (Bill) Rate, Robert Mlejnek, Jr., Garrett (special friend Tiffany Cribb); and great-grandchildren Zach, Lizzy, and Greg Rate, Cody Bennett, Derrick and Keagn Mlejnek, and Tara, Kross, and Kadyn Mlejnek. She is further survived by her sister Linda Severude, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.

Lorraine is preceded in death by her husband Otto and sister Dorothy Newton.

A Funeral Service for Lorraine will be at 7:00 PM on Monday, October 14, 2013 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, 1420 W. Paradise Dr. in West Bend. Visitation will be at the funeral home 5:00 PM until 6:45 PM. Friends and family will meet at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin to bring Lorraine to her final place of rest.
