Lorraine D. Klass (nee Jakubowski), age 85, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on August 27, 1929 to Lawrence and Frances (nee Klafka) Jakubowski.

Lorraine is survived by her husband Joseph; children: David (fiancée Doris Crupi), Jane (Jeffrey) Morisse and Robert; grandchildren: Bryan and Josef; sister Rita (Tom) Sedivy and sister-in-law Bernadette (Joe) Puccinelli. She is further survived by many dear relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother and sisters.

The Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend) with Fr. Nathan Reesman presiding. The visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday, February 1st from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM. Private Entombment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital Children's Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
