Lori Goltz (nee Frase), age 54, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital of West Bend. She was born on February 10, 1961 in West Bend to Lawrence and Mary Ann (nee Wagner) Franse. Lori was raised in the town of Addison and graduated from Slinger High School. She married Scott Goltz on June 17, 1989. Lori was employed at Willer Tool Corporation. She loved the family gatherings, bluebirds and the outdoors. She enjoyed gardening and especially loved giving a hand to others.

Lori is survived by her husband Scott; children Alex and Stephanie; parents Mary Ann and Lawrence Frase; siblings John Frase, Thomas (Mary) Frase, Mark (Stacy) Frase, Charles Frase, Francis Frase (Shawne Flannegan), Lynn Frase, Christopher (Traci) Frase, Ronald (Tina) Frase; mother-in-law Marge Goltz; siblings-in-law Mark (Diane), Greg (Peggy), Julie (Tim); aunt Florence Lehman and two dogs Sadie and Lizzie.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday November 7, 2015 at 3:00pm at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend) with Father Rick Stoffel of St. Peter's Catholic Church presiding. Visitation will be from 12:00PM until the time of the Celebration.
