Kenneth "Kenny" E. Burkhalter passed away Thursday August 27, 2015 at his residence at the age of 77 years. He was born on January 17, 1938 to Emil and Freida (nee Kortbein) Burkhalter in Sparta, WI .

He later met Judith A. Bonis and they were married on September 8, 1962 in Milwaukee. Kenny was an avid John Deere tractor collector and enjoyed farming, watching Green Bay Packer games, going to the casino, and spending time with his family. Former member of the Moose Lodge.

Ken is survived by his children John (Dee) Burkhalter, Cheryl Burkhalter, Susan (Andrew) Miller, Jane (Michael) Baker and (Joseph (Erin) Burkhalter; his grandchildren Jerry, Emily, Brandon (Ashley), Jessica, Donterrius, Wesley and Ashley; great grandchildren Melanie Rose and Nathan. Ken is further survived by
other relatives and friends.

A Graveside Service for Ken will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee.
