Kathryn M. Porod, of West Bend, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the age of 71 years. She was born on February 10, 1947 in West Bend to Robert and Marion (nee Mies) Heldt. On November 15, 1986 Kathryn married Stanley Porod. Kathryn's favorite things to do were gambling with her friends and taking care of people. She especially loved spoiling her grandchildren.

Kathryn is survived by her children Christine (Kevin) Sabel and Michael Winget, her
grandchildren; Andrew (Mera Schroeder) Sabel, Kendra (Wesley) Scott and Lyric Winget, her sister Suzanne (William) Hemauer, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Stanley, step-son Michael, and her Aunt Patricia Wild.

A Memorial Service for Kathryn will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, May 15th at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend) with Pastor Rick Boone presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 15th from 4:00pm until time of service at 6:00pm.
