Kathleen L. Dalin (nee Higgins), age 63, passed away on Monday, June 10th. She was born in Rhinelander, WI on September 2, 1949 to the late Donald and Marion (nee Louis) Higgins.
Kathy worked at West Bend Company as a Computer Operator for 27 years. She was also a Licensed Insurance Agent and worked for Thomson Reuter Financial. She was a member of Woman of Moose Lodge #732 of West Bend and held various leadership positions including Sr. Regent of West Bend Lodge, secretary, treasurer, and Deputy Grand Regent.
She is survived by her son Kevin Richard Dalin; grandchildren, Sebastien, Brayden, and Isabelle; siblings, Peggy Weiss, Ronald Higgins, and Jeanne Kuttnauer; her loving companion, Walter Milbrath; and sister-in-law, MaryAnn Rappley. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Rappley.
The visitation will be held at Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend (1420 W Paradise Drive) on Saturday, June 15th from 10-11 AM. A Moose Lodge walk-through will take place promptly at 11:00 AM with the Memorial Service to follow with Rev. Mark Moller-Gunderson officiating.
