Julie M. Sarg, beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend, passed away on December 17, 2025, at Lawlis Hospice after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 45 years old.
Julie was born on May 10, 1980, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Mary Koller and George Stippich III. From the moment she entered the world, she was destined to be a warm light felt by all who knew her. She had a remarkable way of making those around her feel her compassion, support, and strength. Throughout her life, Julie excelled in creativity and artistic skill, never passing up an opportunity to create and leave her mark on the world.
Julie’s greatest joy came when she became a mother on December 13, 2002, welcoming her son, Aiden John. She shared an unbreakable bond with him, and he was the greatest love of her life.
Julie is survived by her son, Aiden Sarg; her separated husband, Brandon Sarg; her father, George Stippich III; her stepmother, Judy Stippich; her stepfather, Theodore (Paul) Dickman and her siblings, Kristy (Jake) Schrinsky, Jason (Jenny) Otto, Kristie (Jeremy) Buss, and Kimberly (Jon) Gloege. She is further survived by her nieces and nephews, Anna, Avery, Ben, Ellie, Ethan, Isaac, and Max. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Koller; her maternal grandparents, John and Gladys Koller; her paternal grandparents, George and Audrey Stippich; and her stepbrother, Kenny Dickmann.
Though her life was far too short, Julie’s love, courage, and spirit will live on in our hearts forever. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tony Lutz, Julie’s significant other, who lovingly cared for her during the final weeks of her life and ensured she was surrounded by friends and family. Our prayer is that Julie is now at peace and free from pain.
A memorial gathering will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026, at Phillip’s Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI 53095). Please join us to share stories of laughter, remembrance, and the many ways Julie touched your life.
