Judith (Judy) Ann Zwirlein, a life long resident of Slinger, Wisconsin passed away on March 7, 2026 after a couregous battle with ovarian cancer. Judy was born on October 7, 1955 in Slinger,
Judy graduated from Slinger High School in 1973. She graduated from Moraine Park Technical College receiving an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. Judy worked as an accountant in a variety of organizations throughout her career.
Earlier in her life, Judy traveled to a number of states including Hawaii, Maryland, Oregon, Colorado and numerous places in the Midwest. Judy was an avid reader and loved old westerns, detective shows and watching PBS.
Judy is survived by her brother Tom (Chris) Zwirlein from Colorado Springs, CO, sister-in-law Judy (Paul) Zwirlein from Nashotah, WI as well as six nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Margaret (Konrath) Zwirlein, brothers Kenny and sister-in-law Kathy (Laubenheimer) Zwirlein, Paul Zwirlein and nephew Michael Zwirlein.
A celebration of life with be held on April 1,2026 at 3:00 P.M. at Phillip Funeral Home in West Bend. Visitation will be from 1:00 -3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Judy’s memory to St. Jude’s Children ‘s Research Hospital.
The family would like to thank the nurses, chaplain and social workers at Horizon Hospice for their care and compassion for Judy over the past 10 months. In addition, thank you to Ivy Manor of West Bend for their care over the past few months.
