Jonathan "Jon" Keith Bruemmer, age 21, sadly passed away in a car accident on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. He was born on April 9, 1999 in West Bend.

Jon is survived by his loving mother, Lynette Bruemmer; stepfather, Rick McMahon; siblings, Randy (Celina) Mapes and Travis Bruemmer; girlfriend, Autumn Sauer; nephews, Tyler Ostrowski, Dominik Bruemmer; niece Kernian and his beloved dog, Buddy; aunts and uncles; many cousins, relatives and friends.

Jon is preceded in death by his grandparents Keith and Annette MacFarlane.

A Memorial Service will be at 1:30PM on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) with Rev. Clarissa Martinelli presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, October 16th from 11:30AM until 1:15PM. Interment will follow the service at Washington County Memorial Park.
