Obituary
John M. Fay Jr., age 35, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 4, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born on February 15, 1981 to John Fay and Karen Leamon (nee Krueger).
John is survived by his parents John Fay, Karen Leamon (nee Krueger), and younger sister Marial Krukar.
John will always be remembered for his sense of humor, and loyalty to his family and friends.
A celebration of Life will be on May 21, 2016.
A special thank you to John's friends and family who supported John through his health issues. A special thank you to the caring staff at Life Care Hospital in Pewaukee and Froedtert Hospital in West Bend.
