JoAnne Leow (nee Hallman), age 71, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at The Kathy Hospice surrounded by her family. She was born to Theodore "Zip" and Betty (nee Kanska) Hallman on August 20, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA. JoAnne married Donald Leow in 1965 and together they had 2 children.

JoAnne was a loving wife, mother and grandmother with a heart of an angel. She was always the first person to offer help when needed. Her favorite pastime was spending the day at Appy Orse Acers, a riding stable she loved.

JoAnne is survived by her loving husband Don, her two children, Ronald (Pamela) Leow and Tammy (Greg) Lighthizer; grandchildren, Mikey (Amber) Bezy, Megan Tugel, Jeraed Lighthizer and Amber Leow; great-grandchildren, Ray and Gabriel. She is further survived by two brothers, one sister, her brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law and other relatives and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00-6:00PM on Friday, October 21, 2016 at The Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI). Private family interment.
