Jo Anne Cheryl Larsen, age 74, passed away on Thursday, June 4,2026 at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI. JoAnne was born in Woodburg, Iowa on August 31, 1951, to Axel and Maurine (Nee: Keena) Larsen. She was raised in West Bend, WI where she attended High School and went on to receive an Associate’s degree.

Jo Anne was an avid animal lover and a devoted civil servant at the Racine Police Department and then the Racine County Communications Department as an Emergency Dispatcher, a job she loved and enjoyed.

She is survived by her two children; Russel Stoffel and Pamela Searcy, and four grandchildren; Madeline, Michael, Matthew and Maggie. She will also be missed by her siblings; Maxine Larsen, Diane (Jim) Behrens, Stuart Larsen, Brenda Larsen, Craig (Carol) Larsen, Becky Braun, as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; Axel and Maurine and one daughter; Tammy Stoffel.
