, 82, of Slinger, Wisconsin died peacefully at Serenity Villa in Slinger

Wisconsin the morning of February 23
,
2025.
She was born on August 29, 1942, to Marian (Theis) and Joseph Frank in St. Lawrence
Wisconsin.
She attended grade school in St Lawrence. After graduating from Slinger high school in 1960, she met her husband, Richard Beine. They were married at St, Lawrence Catholic Church in St. Lawerence on June 3, 1961. They rented in Slinger until 1965
,
that year they bought a piece of property and built their forever home in Slinger. There they raised two children. After working several jobs, she finely settled in at the school district of Slinger working in the High school library as an aide. She later went on to start up the elementary library in Slinger. She worked in the district for 35 years
.
She retired so she thought, she then went to work for St. Peters Catholic school mostly volunteering setting up their library.
When she finally decided to retire again, she spent her summers at her camper located in Bancroft WI. She enjoyed baking, spending time with her grandkids, friends and going to church. She was a devoted member of St. Peters Catholic Church and Christian Mothers.
She moved into to Serenity Villa in 2018 until her death. The family wishes to thank everyone at Serenity Villa for their hard work in making our mom feel at home

Joan is survived by her son, Steve (

egan) Beine; grandchildren, Megan, Sara, Matthew, Danielle and Andrew; brother, Jim (Geri) Frank; brother-in-law, Larry Becker and sister-in-law, Mary Frank. Further survived by nieces

nephews, other relatives and friends

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2:30pm on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at St Peter Catholic Church (200 E Washington St. Slinger, WI 53086) with Fr. Richard Stoffel presiding. The Visitation will be at church on Sunday, March 16
th
from 12:30pm until 2:15pm. Interment will be Monday, March 17, 2025, at New St Peter Cemetery in Slinger.
